Position Overview:
You’ll be the cornerstone of Scispot’s GTM automation. Your mission is to lay the groundwork for all things GTM: automating lead workflows, connecting marketing tools, and supporting programmatic SEO and paid ads. As you establish these systems, you’ll also build a team to scale our GTM efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automate GTM workflows: Use n8n, Zapier, and Make to streamline lead routing, enrichment, and follow-ups.
- Integrate key systems: Connect our CRM, marketing tools, analytics, and support platforms with APIs.
- Support growth tasks: Help run programmatic SEO and automate paid ad workflows for scalable marketing.
- Document and enable: Write clear guidelines and train the team to self-serve.
- Build the team: Once the foundation is set, hire and lead a small GTM automation crew.
Key Metrics:
- Lead response time
- Workflow reliability (uptime and error rates)
- Marketing efficiency in SEO and ad tasks
What We Need:
- 5+ years in GTM Engineering or similar roles
- Proven experience with n8n, Zapier, and Make
- Strong API and automation skills
- Ability to simplify complex processes and teach others
Nice to Have:
- Experience with programmatic SEO and paid ads
- Comfort on calls and in demos
