‍A U.S.-based diagnostics lab developing blood-based tests for neurodegenerative conditions needed reliable chain-of-custody visibility from intake through reports. Operating on a model of multi-site collection and central processing, the lab required an infrastructure that could scale to support their clinical assay launch.  

The Challenge
